More than 75 tonnes worth of mainly food and clothing supplies were delivered to the refugees at Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya. This expedition started from Kisumu town to Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya was flagged off by the then Nyanza deputy Provincial Commissioner, Susan Waweru.

The expedition was a collaboration between EKDA and the Da’wah Development Group and sponsored by AMIC, emat, and other charities.

The supplies were packaged into Monthly foodpacks and distributed to more than 4000 people.
